What each license covers

Thirty printable alternating attention worksheets for adults. On every page the rule changes partway through, at a printed cue the person cannot predict: the shape to cross out swaps at a switch sign in the row, the rule moves from striped to big to triangle, picture rows switch from food to animals, or the shape to count changes at a cue box. The person has to notice each change, let the old rule go and keep going with the new one. Every page has a name, a date and a time field, and every worksheet has an answer key.

Designed by a clinician with 10+ years in brain injury and cognitive rehabilitation.

What's included (30 worksheets plus answer keys, 40 pages):

  • 10 basic worksheets: large shapes, two shapes or two rules, every change marked at the start of its row, 4 changes a page
  • 10 moderate worksheets: the switch sign lands in the middle of a row at unpredictable places, 5 to 7 changes a page
  • 10 complex worksheets: three shapes or three rules in rotation, 8 to 10 changes a page, the other targets used as distractors
  • Four formats across the levels: switch on the cue, switch the rule, sort pictures by the rule that changes, count what the row asks for
  • Answer keys four to a page with every target circled and every count filled in; name, date and time fields; US Letter, print-ready

How it's graded: cues at the row start, then cues mid-row, then three rules in rotation with denser grids and the other targets as distractors, so the same familiar format keeps asking for a cleaner switch.

Who it's for: OTs and SLPs running attention practice after stroke or brain injury, rehabilitation and community programs, educators, and caregivers supporting practice at home.
