How the cards work

Mount it where the step happens
Beside the toilet, above the sink, by the mirror, next to the dressing chair, at eye level for the person who uses it. A card across the room does not get used.

Point, don't quiz
When the person stalls, tap the next step on the card. Saying the card's words the same way each time is easier to hold onto than a new explanation.

Step down when needed
When the full card stops working, try the simplified one, then the sign. Keep the person doing whatever part they still can.

What exactly arrives?

Standard or high contrast: which should I choose?
The high-contrast edition has black outlines and larger print, for people with low vision or cataracts, or a bathroom with poor light. Otherwise the standard edition suits most homes. Both are the same price.
How do the cards go up?
The strips are removable and made for painted walls. The hooks are for tile and shower areas, and every card has a punched hole in its sealed margin for them.
Is there a printable version?
Yes. The Daily Routine Cards Bundle has the same five routines as PDFs to print and laminate yourself.
Is this a treatment?
No. The cards support a daily routine and do not replace hands-on help where it is needed, and no specific therapeutic outcomes are claimed.
