Picture Recall Task Worksheets (15 Worksheets) - Memory

This picture-based memory task targets visual memory, attention to detail, working memory, and visual–spatial processing. Each worksheet presents a detailed scene for a set viewing period. After the picture is covered, participants recall and write down as many details as they can remember (people, objects, actions, and setting). All worksheets are designed by an Occupational Therapist with experience in brain injury rehabilitation.

These worksheets may be used to:

What’s Included (15 Worksheets Total)
✅ Level 1 – Basic (10 Worksheets) - These worksheets feature simple, clear, and moderately detailed scenes with fewer people and objects. They include a 1–2 minute viewing window and are designed to support entry-level recall tasks.
✅ Level 2 – Complex (5 Worksheets) - These worksheets feature high-detail scenes with increased visual density, more people, overlapping elements, and additional objects. They include a 2-minute viewing window and are more challenging, requiring greater visual memory and selective attention.
